Mold Cleanup should be done as soon as possible after the problem has been identified. If the conditions are right, mold can grow and spread in a house within days. We have added Thermal Scanning Camera Inspections to our Mold Inspection services. The tool is mainly used to locate and pinpoint sources of leaks and water intrusion in buildings eliminating the need for destructive source finding. The method is most efficient shortly after a leak occurred and less effective when no moisture remain in the building material. HEPA air scrubbers for Mold Cleanup and mold Removal projects.

Removing mold damaged material may release millions of potentially harmful mold spores in the air. The mold particles will flow out to all areas nearby and further unless the work area is properly contained and the airflow is controlled using HEPA air scrubbers and HEPA negative air machines.


Few mold cleanup jobs are properly contained since inexperienced work crew do most mold jobs. This may result in health problems for occupants of affected homes, apartments or offices.
One effective way to reduce the risk of health problems for occupant for future occupants and litigation is to properly contain the work area and to install HEPA negative air machined for the duration of the removal, cleanup work plus a few days after the completed removal to clean the residual air borne mold spores.
